FUELOMAT NEDİR?
FuelOmat, şirket taşıtlarının istasyonlarından otomatik olarak, para ödemeden ve fatura almalarını sağlayan ve dolum bilgilerini taşıtın kilometresi dahil el değmeden elektronik ortamlarda şirketlere ulaştıran bir sistemdir.

Bu sistem yardımı ile şirketler taşıtlarının giderlerini tam anlamı ile kontrol altına alabilmektedirler. İstasyonlar ise kredili yakıt alan müşterilerinin hesaplarını otomatik olarak takip edebilirler.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
PETPOSAN pumps are manufactured according to the latest technological methods; and can compete with other brands around the world with infallible performance. In PETPOSAN the manufacturing process starts with basic design of the products in the Research and Development department where cases, brody, electronic components and all the elements that form a petrol-pump evolve from a brilliant idea to a reality.

The manufacture of the cases starts with iron sheeting DKP, while stainless steel is cut in proportions, and stamped out by computerized machinery.

When all preparations have been completed, it is time for the case to be painted. In PETPOSAN the case is treated with powder and wet paint, which are high strength and corrosion proof. It is then killed-dried in a heat of 180ºC to 210ºC.

On the surface of the electronic petrol-pump, the logo of the petrol-company is applied.

All PETPOSAN pumps have original electronic components that are designed specially to fit the pumps produced in our factory.

As mention above, all the different parts of the pumps are produced in our factory. The Brody is a very important component and the highest technology is used to manufacture it.

In PETPOSAN, Quality control takes place in every stage of production. When Quality control tests have been completed it is time for the parts to be joined as a pump.

First, the case is hydraulically pressed. Then the motor, pumping unit, central fuse and other connections are properly placed in to the pump's frame (all by qualified personnel).

PETPOSAN pumps can only be packaged after having passed the highest quality control assurance test. Then they are delivered to the petrol-station for installation. PETPOSAN performs mass production on the best quality. PETPOSAN, at the moment, has 6000 electro-pumps and 6000 tankmeters production per year.
